Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blockable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Blockable for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control.

In-App Purchases

Blockable offers in-app purchases including virtual coins and ad-removal options. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred outside the app. Coins can be spent in the game on powerups, rotations and a Continue after Game Over.

Ad-Free Purchases

Ad removal is available as Ad-Free Monthly, an auto-renewing subscription, or Ad-Free Forever, a single one-time purchase. Ad-Free Monthly is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, or from the Remove Ads section of the app. Ad-Free Forever removes ads permanently with no further charges. While either is active you also get 50% more coins from the daily reward and free Continues (up to 2 a game); these extras may change in future updates.

Virtual Currency

Coins earned through gameplay or purchased are virtual items with no cash value. We reserve the right to modify coin pricing, earning rates, and powerup costs to maintain game balance. Coins are saved on your device and, if iCloud is on, in your iCloud. They may be lost if iCloud is off and you uninstall the app, or if you reset your data.

Advertisements

Blockable displays third-party advertisements. Ad content is provided by Google AdMob and is not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements.

Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. You may not exploit bugs or glitches for unintended advantage. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

End User License Agreement

Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Blockable. By using the app, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

Scope of Licence

This licence is limited to a non-transferable right to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Maintenance & Support

The developer is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services for the app. Any updates or support provided will be subject to these terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to code, graphics, game design, and branding, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

Apple's Role

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or third-party intellectual property infringement.
